PRACTICAL INFORMATION

All meeting points will be at the iMMERSCHOOL studio. It is located at 42 Avenue Adolphe Dupuich in Uccle, right next to the Royal Leopold Club.

 

We simply ask that you pack a small picnic lunch; we will also have snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Everything else is included in the workshop fee: entrance fees, equipment rentals, instructors, insurance, transportation, etc. I will also keep you updated on the daily schedule via a WhatsApp group if that suits you.

 

The workshop fee is €250 for the week. This amount should be paid to account BE34 7370 5099 7690 in the name of iMS asbl with the reference (NDC/LAST NAME/TOUSSAINT). You can, of course, also pay in cash on the day of the workshop. Cancelled registrations are refundable up to 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a €50 fee will be charged for advance bookings.

 

PROGRAM

MONDAY, OCTOBER 20 - JUNGLE CITY - CHILDREN'S AMUSEMENT PARK in TOURNAI.

Meet at 8:00 AM at the iMMERSCHOOL studio. We will then take tram 3 to the Brussels-Midi train station. From there, we will take the train to Tournai and then a bus to the Terragame center where the children will have the opportunity to enjoy the arcades and virtual reality headsets. We will return via the same route and stop at Jungle City, an indoor children's play park. We will take the train back and should arrive back by 6:30 PM. TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21 - AQUALIBI

Meet at 8:00 AM at the iMMERSCHOOL studio. We will leave around 8:30 AM. We will take the tram to Brussels-Midi station. We will then take the train to Aqualibi. We should be back around 6:30 PM.

 

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 22 - ADVENTURE PARK in WAVRE

Meet at 8:30 AM at the iMMERSCHOOL studio. Departure at 8:00 AM on tram line 3 to Brussels-Midi station. We will then take the train to Ottignies and from Ottignies to Wavre. We will then take the bus to the Adventure Park. The children can have fun on the various treetop courses. We should be back around 6:30 PM.

 

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23 - BOWLING AND LASER TAG in BRUSSELS Meet at 9:00 AM at the iMMERSCHOOL studio. I will take the children to Space Laser Game in Etterbeek (1 Rue de l'Escadron). They will have the opportunity to play two games. We will have lunch there. They will also have the chance to play Luna Park-style games. In the afternoon, we will go into town for a scavenger hunt organized by Escape Room - Enygma. The children will have a route to follow and will need to solve various riddles to find the culprit. We should be back by 4:00-4:30 PM.

 

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24 - KINEPOLIS & SKY Z PARK IN BRUSSELS

I will take the children on tram 10 to the midday train station, where we will take the metro to Heysel. We will go to the Kinepolis cinema where we will choose a film.

 

In the afternoon, we will take metro line 6 to Delacroix station to Sky Z Trampoline Park (Rue de Birmingham 112, 1070 Anderlecht) from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. For the return trip, we will take the metro back to Brussels-Midi station and then catch tram line 3. We should be back around 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM, as we were today.
